look what i got for fathers day

78 2200 miles needs a few things,like right side cover and gas cap.price was very right at $250with title and key.no kick starter tho nice companion to my 77 A
don't buy it build it

Tinker?  Pull those carbs out, they need a full rebuild

Dave, score!  Weird mix of parts you got there.  Looks like an f frame, judging by the passenger peg brackets, comstar wheels from an f, but k bodywork?  Better check the frame and engine numbers...

numbers match  78 750 a.  they came with comstars that year.the wheels are BUTT UGLY  i like spokes

If you need a set of carbs, I have ones from my 78A.  They work great, all you need is float bowl gaskets, mixture screws, and an accelerator pump.  All of the high idle stuff works, too.  Let me know.

thanks for the offer on the carbs.i still have the set off my 77 750A will try my hand at rebuilding them.yes the pipes are rusted at the bend when I get it running I have a set of aftermarket mufflers I am going to try

Today :   Left cover on e-bay for $47 plus $13 shipping................ I HAVE TWO SETS one set with the Gold pin strip and one set just plain Teal in color. Can't sell my like news that cheap.
