I have a 1974 honda xl100. My headlight blinkers and tail lights don't work. The fuse is good and battery is fully charged, I've checked them with the bike running still nothing, the horn works like it should. Since all lights are not working does that sound like a grounding issue? Or what other suggestions would y'all think of?
