piston ring end gap

Does .1-.3mm end gap sound about right on a 350F (47mm bore)?

1in = 25.4mm

47mm = 1.86in

ring gap = .004 x bore
ring gap = .004 x 1.86 = .0074in

.0074in = .189mm

Did I dood that right?
