Whenever I want to check in on the forum I do it via my favourites list. It would bring up the forum page with a choice at the top of
Unread Topics or
Unread replies to my posts. or words to the effect
For some reason it no longer does this when I log in.
How do I reset it like it was?

Click the little white arrow in the upper right corner next to where it says "simplemachines forum".
