Bite the bullet and pull your carbs and clean them thoroughly and properly. It's the only way these bikes run well for prolonged periods of time.
You might also check the inside of your tank. If it's rusty, re-rust it. If you've run the fuel level low, and been on reserve, you may have sucked some debris into the carbs despite the inline filters. If so, clean the tank thoroughly and avoid low fuel level going forward. But dirt in the mains means cleaning the carbs. You can't adjust around it.
