What jet needle for my '76 550F?

What should be the number stamped on a jet needle for '76 550F?  (For an original set up)

I may have found the answer in another thread and if I knew how to work this new fangled phone I'd link it.

It looks like the needle should be:

Clip position:
2nd from top

Sound right twotired?

Yes.  Note that this carb set up only applies to F models with the original exhaust and intake components.

will a muffler change require the rejet?  I have ti dump the "glall pack" thing on my bike and soon.  The PO kinda forced it onto the exhaust >.<

For stock F model Carbs, yes.  A change to K model jet needle position and main jet is usually sufficient for just an exhaust change.
