Headlight Upgrade for CB 750 K6
« on: January 28, 2007, 08:30:24 AM »
Has anyboday had any experience Upgrading the Headlights on a CB 750.
I have a 76 CB 750 with a Vetter Windjammer IV fairing.
I would like to be able to see more of the road in front of me when Riding at Night.

I just ordered on yesterday. I know you need to run a relay on the high side if your going to put a brighter bulb in or it's hard on the switch.  I'm going with the 100/55!
The thing about common sense is that, it's not that common.

I put a H4 bulb in a new "cdiamond cut" housing on my CB750 and it made a HUGE difference over stock..
Made by a company called "adjure"...

Did youhave to make any modifications to the electrical system to handle the extra wattage?

This is probably about the 3rd most popular subject here. Comes up at least twice a year. Do a search and you will find a bunch of opinions on it.
