I am in Toronto, it was 15 Celsius on Thursday, but I think it was trying to snow today!!! Are you having problems with Vintage bike insurance in BC?

They just decided in Ontario that they are not going to insure bikes built before 1980... My insurance went from $400 to $645, and that is with a perfect driving record.

Considering my 1976 Cb 750F might be worth $2000 on a good day, the insurance is getting out of control.
May be time to buy a Huyabusa, seeing as I am an old man.....

David..

Hello all, I'm from Port Coquitlam, BC and am in the process of doing a full restoration of a 1973 CB750. I also have a nice 1972 CB500 that is my daily rider. See all you fellow British Columbians at the Tswassen show later this month!

Regards, Ian.

Im in Oshawa...'bout 30 mins east of T.O.

Doing a rebuild of a 78 750K that is borderline unrecoverable. With us finally seeing some sun I'm getting the itch. So, many a night will be spent in my driveway getting her ready...won't be perfect for a while yet but if I can get her road ready I'd be happy...

Spring is here.

I'm from Kimberley, BC and ride a 76 Super Sport.  I am looking forward to getting in touch with some other 750 fans in the area.

Jeremy,do you not have collector plates in ontario? here in bc we can put up to 6 bikes on 1 plate,as long as they are stock and only ride them for pleasure use (like their is any other kind of riding)in other words we can't ride theme to work. And the best part is its only about $150.00 a year. Sorry about that, cheers, Jeff.

Stephen here in Cambridge, Southern Ontario. Have a beautiful 1971 CB750 which currently gets a new (Candy Ruby Red) dress, see my homepage www.stephenbottcher.net for details. I also have a '72 and a '79 BMW so I would love to have the B.C. insurance rules here in Ontario, I could make full use of it. For now, my insurance broker has to change bikes for me every 2 months. And by collecting more bikes, I will make sure he works for the money.
