Ever purchase a reproduction seat on eBay?

Buying this would be cheaper than restoring what I have. Plus, I could sell what I have and make a good amount of money, which makes it even cheaper!

I'm pretty sure that this is a vietnam reproduction seat. The pan looks the same as the real deal. The rubbers are slightly different.

Anyone ever try these and can give feedback on the fitment?

I think tlbranth (sp?) had issues with buying overseas.  I can't remember what it was though.

the seat looks to be a decent repro and shipping is from Florida so I'd think you'd be good to go...Larry

I bought one for a ducktail CB750,im pretty sure it was this same guy,been a few years but..it was nice.Had either a plastic or fiberglass base i believe...course i sold the bike and all the parts and never actually installed it,but it was a nice re-pop.

I actually recieved the part faster than i expected.

I'm going to have to wait a couple days until payday, but I think I'll buy it. He's very sure I will be happy with it. He will do a return, but I have to pay shipping.

He said the seat pan is metal. This is probably a very nice seat.
