Help with ID'ing gas tank

Anyone with a keen eye know what tank this is? Only pic I have of it.

Maybe 125.. But def looks like small honda single.

Is the cap off center? That might help ID it. Looks like early 70's Cl or SL?

Don't have the actual tank, just one pic. It does look off center.
