If this is in the wrong section please feel free to move it.

I am looking for a modern paint (preferably 2 pack) that replicates the red of Dick Mann's Daytona winning bike. I really need paint codes as I don't think I can have paint shipped to the UK from the USA.

Any helpappreciated.

If it was the same as used on the factory production................look for Ruby Red..........its candy.....not flaked.

If it was the HONDA Racing Red used on earlier models...........I have the codes.  I use it on my CL77 restorations.

Unless I am color blind, the Dick Mann bike was Topaz Candy Orange with White trim and Black stripes.

kmb69 is the bike in the photo definately painted with Topaz Candy Orange as that is the colour I am looking for?

99.99999% sure but Mark McGrew of M3 can verify the color.

Topaz Candy Orange or Candy Topaz Orange is/was a standard Honda color on several bikes. Original Honda paint can sometimes be found on eBay.

Candy topaz orange is the colour. Code YR-1C
Try contacting MarkCR750, he's normally on the UK SOHC forum, as he has recently or is in the process of having his bike painted. He should be able to put you in touch with the painter, somewhere near Derby I think.

That bike looks like it might be at Barber Motorsports museum.
 If so, it is the bike Mark Mc Grew built. Probably the most complete and accurate cr750. Just ask him here, he is a member!
