Now I have real 750-4!
« on: July 26, 2014, 06:56:51 AM »
A few days a true miracle happened, I was blessed with a set of 341's! Getting those pipes on Pandora had been a dream of mine from day one when I bought her 4 years ago. I knew I would get them eventually, one way or the other. Those pipes were the last piece missing for me, I'd suffered through years of Pipe Envy as a lot of my fellow CB friends know.
The CB motorcycle gods must have heard my wishes over the years because my friend, Chef Tuskey, Justin, hooked me up with this set of 341's. And boy did I get lucky because they are in amazing shape, no scratches or patches anywhere, the original owner must have swapped them off the minute he got home with his bike and put on a loud "can".
When I first kicked her after we had installed the pipes, I just about fainted, that deep bottom sound made the hairs on my neck stand up! We all know the unique sound our bikes make with that head-turning sound!
I'm indebted to Chef for the rest of my life, he made a BIG  ultimate sacrifice!
My bike had always been a magnet for people wherever I go, and she is even more now. I had a guy on a Yamaha Star chase me down through rush hour traffic at 5pm here in Atlanta's version of Hell yesterday,  and he pulled up next to me and proceeded to drool over Pandora, it was probably the blinding glimmer of those shiny pipes!. Pandora is complete. I am one lucky, and very happy man! Thank you Justin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like my women a little big. Natural. Now, they shave this and wax that. It's not right. I love natural women. Big women. This trend in women has to go. Bulomia, anorexia. That's just wrong. Looks good Vern!  We'll have to ride sometime soon.  School is just about done for me.  Although I need to take the front end a part it has picked up a pretty bad vibration at speed.  That won't take me a day to fix, just gotta find that day.

Hey stranger, it's good to hear from you. Yes hurry up and fix your bike so we can get our old gang back together for a ride, me and Bill wondering how you are doing. It sounds like your job keeps you busy sand I assume you still love it?

My job and school have kept me beyond busy since January.  I'll be working on the front end shortly I've got a few supplies in need pick up.  Plus I'm still on the fence on Barber this year (not sure how the FTO schedule is going to work out).  I may need a camping pass or a tow vehicle pass to get in.  I'll let everyone know when i get a ride together.

+1.  Who knew Chef was hoarding them?  He had a large garage sale recently but did not have them listed.
