Hi from Maine.
« on: August 02, 2014, 06:44:29 PM »
Hi everyone. I've got a 72 CB 750 that I've been in the process of freshening up a bit. I put on new handlebars with all new cables, and replaced pads and hoses on the front. It runs pretty good. It's still got an aftermarket 2-up seat that I don't really care for. What are my options for a stock looking seat? They appear to be discontinued. Are eBay reproductions the best bet? Thanks everyone, this forum has been really helpful.

Hey! another Mainah. Welcome.

As for the seat, post in the wanted section and watch the for sale forum. Do you need just a cover or are you looking for new foam and seat pan too?

Thanks for the welcome. I'd be looking for a complete seat assembly.

The bike runs great but leaks fuel from the overflows. I've got 4 seats, needles and washers on the way. I should have taken care of next week and I'll post some pictures.
