mine need replacing. they're totally shot. Should i snag a set from vintagecb750.com? they have this repros that seem identical to a lot of sets I'm finding. all priced at $100. Is there a better alternative?

the original shocks were not great. i'm not familiar with the ones under your link but if you expect the same performance as OEM then probably pretty much anything will be fine.
better ones that still look pretty close to original would be hagon or ikon but they also cost more.

I'll call up Dave Quinn for the Hagon shocks. They'll cost you $200, but well worth the difference.

+1 for Dave Quinn's Hagons. Just bought my second set - have 'em on my '76 F1. Great shocks for a great price. Don't waste your money on anything cheaper. Fo' realz!
