Always loved the Max. A friend had one and put over 100,000km on it. Fearsome straight line acceleration and 9.9 pucker factor going around bends!

It will be a hard act to follow.

Yeah, this has been around a while.

I don't really know what to think. I think itl misses the mark. It looks too forced. JMO.

I htink I liked the previous model v-max better, looks-wise. But I love the v-4 engine. I wish it was still around more. Tired of the v-twin garbage.

Yamaha is orientating strongly into bad-ass machines. Check out the MT-01

Or the amazing (IMO) new FZ1

Raul, I did not see (know) the MT-01 bike before,....I'm completely impressed.
My first thought,...it looks strong like an elephant,...better like the famous Mammut according to
the headlight and the fat engine.
Thank you for showing the pic.

No, but the MT-01 is available to our Canadian friends.

I've seen a few thundering down the road. It sure is an imposing bike. Doesn't make anything like the horsepower of a V-Max though.

You don't need to be powerful when you look powerful, and the MT01 mean business... enough to impress and go fast, and cheaper to insure than a drag bike. I rather have the FZ1 though.

I hear you Raul. But, for the money I'd rather get another classic bike!

The Harley looks like there just trying to impress everybody, but I guess that's part of sales.

I like the older bikes, I'd still like to have a '78 Z1R
