Well I bought the red headed step child it seems to be of the vintage bike world.  Two kz400's. Purple one has a title and locked up motor and the green one runs and is in decent shape but no title. 

I'll be keeping my eye out for project 550 bike but... In the meantime I'll be wrenching on a couple Kawi twins...

Guess I'll see you this time next year. Hopefully I'll have a SOHC CB550 for you by then. Haha!

Funny how everything back then looked basically the same...

I'm sure they'll be just as fun.

Same thing that happened to me. The complete bike with the running engine had no title and the chopped up pile of frame had the title...  So I had to remove the crap the PO welded onto the crap frame and now transferring the stuff from the other bike...after it goes through the complete rebuild process that is...
