I purchased a K&S #12-0203 start/stop switch for a 1976 CB550. Any advise on wiring it up?

Need a bit more info than you're providing...
Have you removed the entire right side control, and now want to mesh this aftermarket switch into the stock harness? Have you made any other modifications to the left side, harness or headlight wiring?

I am doing a complete rebuild and using the after market switch. I need to figure out what color wires from the switch hook up to what color wires from the harness for the start button and kill switch.

Did the switch not have a diagram? If not, list the colors coming out and I'll see if I can dig up a diagram and patch chart for you.
No indicators or horn for your bike? And not using the electric choke from switch, right?

Killswitch for stock honda:
Black 12v in to switch, Black/white out to coils
After that we need more specifics like what wires are in your original control
