So you are racing. Don't think the pilot screws are that important in your scheme of things but we all want everything to be right. Those DO look like 112.5's. My 812 Yoshi kit with Daytona full race track cam and stock carbs with KN filter and stock airbox had been running Keihin jets 115's at 7000' elevation with middle clip position and only slightly rich BUT damn, it felt great at WOT!
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Thanks Jerry, and BJ.
I've put the 117.5s in for now, and I set the screws at 2 turns out, now starts immediately and revs cleanly.
Gedinne's air should be cool and dense, being on the edge of the Ardennes forest, and I'd rather err on the safe side, it only take 10 minutes to swap jets after all.

Owner trimmed the mudguard down yesterday, looks really nice now, short and purposeful.

I'll take lots of pics and post them next week . . .

Well, 810 ran great, but the owner didn't enjoy riding it.
He's always owned and ridden lightweight race Bikes, so the CB was a bit of a shock, understandably!
I'm not saying he didn't expect it, but I think he was disappointed just how far removed it is from a 'proper' racer (of the period).

He admits he'd probably get used to it, but he wants to look for another Bike like the Kerby (which was absolutely superb).

It's up for sale, he actually had a sign on it all weekend just to see what interest it got (none!), whereas he had three solid offers for the Kerby.
Probably because the french have a four-stroke single race class, where the only rules are; 50bhp max power, 120kg minimum weight.
