Where to buy 8x18 pin dowel

I'm missing one of these.  There are four of these on the cylinder for my CB750F1 (two on top and two on the bottom).  I assume they shouldn't be left out.

All my engine's pin dowels were available at my local Honda dealer.  I've a K5 750.  I picked them up just last month.

This parts fiche shows 12x18 on the cylinder. I see 8x14s on the head.

When it comes to parts where "a little bit of slop" can't be tolerated, get the part from Mother Honda!
Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.
