I bet the shop thst did it cheaped out buying a top end gasket set that didn't have them and they rolled the dice on it.
I would approach them about it and based on their response to that I would make their poor job known to other motorcyclist you know that live nearby.
I would not trust them to do other work as they don't take proper pride in their work.
Sometimes you have leaks even by good shops, but, their attitude about it will tell you a lot about them.
