Hi Folks, I know this topic has been hashed over a lot, but I just discovered an unidentifiable liner and wondered if anyone else had run across it. It is black in color and in my situation has, what I thought to be, granules embedded. However, these granules turned out to be rust particles pushing up through the liner like hundreds of tiny volcano's.
Any idea what the liner is and which of the numerous methods for removal would be best, w/o damaging paint that is? I do realize that the liner has to go before attacking the rust but thought someone may have experience with this black liner and save me experimenting.
