I paid $180 to have my lossa 4-1 silver ceramic coated inside and out. That's up in CT. The finish looks almost exactly like the one posted above.

Before that I had a ratty 4-2 that was held together by Narragansett cans, rivets, and header wrap.

We get between $17.50 and $22.50/lf for doing Ceramic. That will get you a ballpark on what yours should cost.

So a 4 to one would be 9ish ft so ball park $180?

That's correct. Price may vary dependent on complexity of getting full coverage in the merge collector areas. Some are pretty tight and hard to get fluid in there without over loading it on the perimeter. It's kinda like blowing into a coke bottle, can't be done.
