Rear Signal Mounting on CB500

I'm trying to figure out my options for mounting my stock turn signals on my CB500. I unfortunately lost one of the little grounding clamps that fit around the rubber bit, and they don't seem to be findable. It's a little thing, but I figure it's also a good opportunity to think about how to mount em', especially because I'm thinking of having a little welding work done on my rear grab bar (and the flanges that the winkers attach to are bent).
This is the part I'm thinking about, looks like it's called a 'Stopper':
