The bad:  No title.  Rust. some missing parts.
The good:  Not seized.  Some decent parts.  clutch works.

$20 and an hour at Barber swap and you'll be up and running.

Precisely.  The swap meet at Barber's definitely factored into my decision.  Looks like everything is there albeit ratty, I was looking around for an airbox until I figured out those bikes didn't have one.   ::)

Somehow I ended up with one of the larger covers on the motor of an earlier 350. Not sure which or what year, but I've got one. Might have a tail light or winkers , too.

Yep - the filters go onto each carb individually and are attached to the boots. New ones can be had for $$$$ but you can probably find some used ones for cheap from some kid who's bike runs sh1tty now because he put pods on it :)
If it's worth doing, it's worth doing twice.
