                               Spencer , Mass. 01562

Anyone here going? I will go for the 1st time this year, don't know what to expect.
    Has anyone else here been?
Should I bring a trailer? Empty with intent to purchase or loaded with something to sell?

Should I bring a decent ride?   Thoughts?
A few Honda 500's, a few Honda 550's, a few Honda 650's, '72 cb 450, a couple 500/550/650 hybrids, and 2001 750.
550 Snowbike -Somebody had to do it.

Not really sure what to expect either as it will be my first time going. I'm contemplating if I should ride out or just haul my bike in as the ride on rt84 sucks. From what I've heard its a good time with a lot of local classic jap bike folks but I guess we'll just have to find out for ourselves.

I went today. It's maybe a tenth the size of the meet in Dutchess County,NY. It took maybe 2 hours to see and talk with people, twice around. Some rea nice Kawi's, a few cbx, and tons of cb/cl 350 s , lots that have been cafe'd not selling, a few stock survivors getting interest.
3 550's for sale, no papered garage finds that were asking $4-600 .  One got new points, an oil change and it looked like fresh clear coat on the tank and covers....forgot what he wanted but, I thought he was asking  high dollars for what the rest of it looked like.
Found pieces and parts of 750's, a couple of complete ones around that were sold , one decent looking survivor for $2400
A pink 500 frame with swing arm and beat forks $300 ???  There was rusty chrome, cracked plastics everywhere. I don't need rusty chrome, got enough in the barn.
Lots of dirt bikes and some Harley parts scattered about. There were some British parts and projects here and there. RD 350's  and 3 lunged kawi 750 s were plentiful. 80 and 81 cb 650 seats were all over the place- didn't find a 79 seat.
Found some chimpy knock off 550 exhaust pipes and mufflers.... I have a couple of the same brand new mufflers on a shelf , Thought they were cheap sh!t when I got mine so I never used them  and here this set is like $400. I could have them for 3.... shoot , I buy entire machines for 3.
All in all , it was a nice day, nice people, prices were a bit high,  but Lake George NY had a giant rod and custom car show that was letting out all day and that kept the 3 and a half hour ride each way interesting.
