If it's a DID, you can expect it to be good quality.

I bought 2 back in the early 80's to my CB750 K6 original rims somehow had dents :) Had to take a short cut over a lawn, connecting road and small path for pedestrians until I hit the correct road. Forgot to tighten the upper nut for shocks in combination with 100MPH + a nice curve......heavy wobble forced me to change direction....that's why I can talk about it.

OK rims. Had to by new rims after 20 years in barns when chrome had been attacked by chicken #$%* and moisture.
Look like HONDA OEM

Alternative are Borrani style alu rims available from Italy and Akront alu from USA.

I purchased a set of these. They are DID OEM rims. The difference is the makers name DID is stamped on the side of the rim, original was stamped between spoke holes. They are very good quality.

I've collected a few cb750 and cb550 rims for various projects. The mid 1970's rims have the DID stamp between the spokes while the later rims (77 and 78) have it on the side (bead) of the rim. Looks like DID simply changed the way they stamped the rims. BTW whenever I come across a good 40 spoke Honda rim at a reasonable price I grab it. You never know when you'll need one and new replacements are expensive.
