What are you going to do with it Nick? Keep moving in the direction of custom or move back to stock?
I'm going to keep moving in the direction of cafe; I'm attracted to the concept of simplified-minimalism. Additionally, I'm attracted to not thinning out the wallet too much
which can be difficult with projects.

Where did you get your shop manual?
The shop manual was downloaded, printed out, and assembled in a 3 ring binder. I'll dig up the link for you when I get a chance.
I have access to a 3D printer and a small cnc machine (good for wood and plastic - no metal). I've been looking for a project to experiment with utilizing this tech. and the simplicity of a cafe bike really stood out to me.
I'm also interested in custom circuits, looking to drive costs down with a group buy potentially.
Here's some picture of the CNC, 3D printer, 3D-printed robot/parts, and some circuit stuff I have in the works.
I'll post more about the bike when I get a better look at her.
