I’m not familiar with stunt bike setups.  I’ve seen custom choppers that don’t have front brakes, but do have dual calipers on a single disc at the rear.

I think I’m going to make it where I’ll have the option to run two calipers, but I think I’m going to try it with a single caliper first.  If it works ok then I can lop off part of the bracket.  If it doesn’t work as hoped with a single caliper then I can add the second one.

Awesome!  I have been dreaming of doing something like this for awhile, but don't have the cnc mill to make it happen.  If you get the bracket figured out and are willing to make an extra i would pay for it.

My work doesn't mind me using the equipment on my own time for personal projects, but I think they would have a problem with me using the equipment and making a profit from it.  That's why I have another guy make the clutch lifter plates that I sell.

The magna calipers are floaters.  There's not a lot of room between the rotor and the spokes for 4 piston fixed calipers with the narrow front end.  I've got the OEM left side bracket for the magna calipers so I can see what I need to do to allow the calipers to float.  It looks like I'm probably going to have to use a two or three piece bracket setup, depending on whether or not I use one or both calipers.  I'm trying to keep the design simple, easy to machine and easy to install, but there's a lot of weird geometry going on.  I'll figure it out.

First pic, a floater Scottly adapted to an F fork.. very easy
2nd pic , single acting Honda 2 piston calipers on F fork with Cb hub..  a bit more work, I have a spare set of brackets and calipers   I think.
 3rd pic  big floater to Yamaha mag 18 inch  on Ceriani fork... tricky as we  were very pressed for room.
 Note. . The Yamaha mags have more clearance than  most mags or wire wheels , but hey 6 piston caliper.. Whoo hoooo..

Ah, so the solution is to just sell it to me at cost  ;) ;D ;D
 I had to try, good luck and I will be watching to see what interesting solution you come up with.

It should work if it's 3 pcs. If the center part is 2 pcs , I would not run it like that.

Three pieces...

Spent all day working on these brackets.  I’m happy with the results.  I may not even have to do anything with the offset.  It looks pretty good at the moment, but I’m a little brain dead right now.  I need to get some new brake pads so I can verify whether or not I have enough floating room.

I also need some better looking fasteners, some caliper paint, and a couple of rebuild kits.  I’ll probably just polish the brackets.

It looks good.. be sweeter with Button head bolts.
 Your adjuster boss, I sometimes have cut them off , as I don't use them.

 I think however if it's there, it may look better with a bolt in there, and maybe a sleeve spacer,  to cover the threads.
Be easy to mark location with a transfer punch.

I stuck a button head screw in the bung, just like the one in the lower fender mounting holes.

Got new fasteners coming for the bracket to bracket connections.

Unfortunately I don’t have the means to make or have hundreds of parts made and then sell them at a wholesale price to retailers.  I make very little on each lifter plate as is.  I don’t mind not making a ton of money.  I consider it sort of a service to the motorcycle community.  I do have to make something though, but if the demand isn’t there it’s not worth going through the entire exercise.

What are you going to do for a crossover for the lines to the two calipers?

That'll be a lot more stopping power.

You're going to need some pretty substantial bolts to handle the torque put on that mounting point on the fork. The bracket on the magna with just one caliper is a lot bigger than the one on a cb. Something else to think about, will the fork brace be strong enough? Again, a lot more torque on the one fork leg.

Just thinking out loud. That is some nice looking parts you got there.

I finally polished the brackets and repainted the calipers.  I’ve got the rebuild kits and all the new fasteners.  I’m going to try and get everything rebuilt and mounted this next weekend so I can figure out what I need for brake lines.
