My other two bikes have collector plates on them, $165 one time. Never have to worry about yearly tabs again. 
Thats a great deal. Can you transfer to another bike if you sell?
I pay $60/5 years for antique plates for my bikes.
Its a one time fee and the license(status) stays with that (VIN) bike.
30+ years old and you can get one for any vehicle. mileage is (technically) limited, but i'm always out testing my carb modifications

you can however, de-classify it and pay yearly licensing fee ($40-$60) and have no mileage retrictions.
My 350F was $120 and my 750K was $165 for the 'Collector" plates.
