Your spacing is all messed up. Notice your front bracket isn't attached. the spacing is messed up. Get the spacing right first THEN tighten down the throttle slide assys. If you look between 2 and 3 I can see your oring, it's not even in all the way. Work out your spacing first.
If you unscrew 3 and 4 from the throttle rod does that change anything at all?
It really looks like you performed the order of operations incorrectly hence binding everything. Surely you would have noticed 3 and 4 if they were binding just by inserting them in the bodies and testing up and down once or twice.
Screw the slides to the rod once you have all the bodies together (no orings showing!), then you can do the backplate this will mostly finalize spacing and get things right so you don't bind. then you can do the front plate (yours looks bent!) THEN you can screw down the throttle slides. Last do the butterflies.
It would be best if you started over as described above.
