rod bearings to be specific

1:.0015-0.38
2:.002-0.050
3:.0015-0.38
4:.001-0.025
  .0008"-.0018"
  .0.020mm-0.046mm

this is the chart i came up with, left is inches right is mm all done with green bearing shells. If i'm reading this right rod 2 will need a thicker shell than green to reduce the clearance?
