« on: September 16, 2014, 08:24:53 pm »
Sorry guys, I know that this has bee covered many times, but I just want to make sure I have everything correct to do the GSXR fork conversion on my bike.

-GSXR forks
-GSXR wheel
-GSXR calipers
-GSXR rotors
-GSXR triple tree
-GSXR mid brace
-GSXR wheel bearings
-cognito moto stem

Is my list complete? And if so, which year/model of the GSXR do you guys recommend?

-thanks in advance!

You will also need a GSXR axle and new roller bearings (All Balls) for the steering stem.

As for the particular year GSXR, check Devin's (Cognitomoto) fitment guide.

Not a necessity, but you may also consider a set of Cognitomoto's adjustable triple trees, since they will preserve stock offset.

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of it's victim may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." - C.S.
