So I finally broke down and rebuilt my front end. After coming back down from Logan Utah on the relay ride last year I noticed I was bottoming out on the front end over the harsh bumps in the road. That coupled with the fact that my front brake rotor was warped really pushed me to get some more out of the old girl.

I purchased and installed a new EBC Drilled Full Floating Rotor, new EBC Pads, new Stainless Steel wrapped Brake Lines, new Aftermarket Brake Master Cylinder and new Front Caliper Seals.

1. Removing the old Rotor this was a major pain as the axel shaft did not want to loosen for anything.
2. New Rotor in place prior to the Loctite prepared bolts being installed.
3. Disassembled Brake Caliper getting it ready for paint #1.
4. Disassembled Brake Caliper getting it ready for paint #2.
5. Old progressive stock spring next to the new Racetech replacement!  ;D
6. Shot of the PVC pipe Racetech included to get the length of the new springs set up just right.
7. Painting Caliper parts #1.
8. Painting Caliper parts #2.
9. Painting Caliper parts #3.
10. Finished install with painted lower fork legs #1.
11. New Master Cylinder.
12. Finished install with painted lower fork legs #2.

If the set up works as good as it looks you've got it made. That disc looks decent. Let us know how it works!
If it's worth doing at all it's worth over-doing.

So far it is awesome so much more breaking power and it amazing in the wet. We had some crazy rain here after I got the work finished and I was not nearly as nervous with this setup. Although the new stainless lines are a bit long.
