Hi, I came across a similar thing the other week. I was looking for a toolbox lid for the 400, and saw one on Ebay for £225  :o.

I emailed the seller and suggested that he had the decimal point in the wrong place  -  they're normally £22.50.

He told me that he had none in stock, and had jacked up the price so that he didn't "lose his listing" until he had more in. Sure enough, a week or so later another batch was in, and the price went back to £22.50.

Perhaps that's what's happening with the rubber?
Cheers, StClair.

Maybe that explains why from time to time I'll see something on ebay that's priced 10 times higher than the exact same item other sellers are selling.

Speechless?

Free shipping on that one.

That's weird, I actually did type something and I can't see how anyone would've thought it was offensive. The same goes for StClair's post. I wonder what happened.

I think that's how seller keeps the listing up when he is out of stock or something.

How about oil filter for the low price of 500 pounds?
