750 choke adjustment

I have a 77 750k and the choke cable won't stay pulled out, is there a friction adjustment for that cable?

I believe that you can tighten the collar that is right under the knob. At least that was the case with my '77 Goldwing.

The rubber grommet below the pull knob can be turned clockwise to increase its hold
