This was a fun project and the bik is everything I hoped it would be. The 836 conversion is awesome and the bike handles the added muscle like it was naturally made for it. These old bikes are a part of my past, a history I remember very well.
I admire all of you who are willing to have, keep, and maintain 30+ year old machines in running order. This was my 1st CB750 and ownership took place in May of this year - I don't know what took me so long, but this won't get away from me. I intend to keep it as long as I have bikes. It's been a pleasant experience and what they say is true - "you meet the nicest people on a Honda".
Again thanks for all of the comments. There will not be a loser as these reward us every day with pieces of motorcycling history.
