Hi all! I have some questions , I am redoing my entire wire harness on my 77 CB550F. the wire right now is a hot mess, previous owner took out a lot of stuff that I wanted to use and its really hard to tell what wires goes where when they are all red...

anyway first pic.  in the diagram, it shows a clutch switch. Where is this? I can't find it anywhere. is this a switch from the original stock clutch switch on the handle bar?

and last, diagram shows two silicon rectifier. Do I need the one with the two wires green and green/red going in?

Thanks!

The clutch switch is in the left switch block. Mine had the wires cut flush with the switch block by the PO and a faulty diode, so I bypassed the ssm so it will start in any gear.(connect the clutch switch wires in the headlight, pull out the diode from the electrical panel under the side cover and chuck it in the trash!)

got it, so if i want to start it in gear all i have to do is jump the wire from the diode? I remember my first time riding and I stalled at the light and their were like four cars behind be I panicked cause I couldnt find neutral lol... now would be better if I can just start it in gear while pressing down the clutch with out finding neutral.

You need to connect the two wires that would normally connect when the clutch is pulled in so that it wont need to be in neutral to start. When I did this then my neutral light stayed on all the time - to fix this I pulled the faulty diode out. I think when the diode originally went bad, the PO cut the wires to the clutch switch to stop the neutral light coming on every time the clutch lever was pulled in - which meant it would only start in neutral. But if they had just simply removed the diode it would have fixed it and then it would have started regardless which gear it was in as long as the clutch lever was pulled in. With the clutch switch wires permanently connected together as per picture below and the diode pulled out, it starts in any gear without needing the clutch pulled in - all my bikes have been like this so I never forget to pull the clutch if I want to start it in gear.
