So you've always wanted a trike? Never had or rode one, so how do they differ besides the officious of course Never been my cup of tea just like two wheels but after seeing the price $24,999 I guess I'll never know what it's like to own one. That would buy alot of sohc4 Honda's and maybe CBX and a Z1 thrown in there to
Yes, I've always liked trikes. For many years I've been a big fan of Harley's old Servi-Car. I like the look. It's not always about the ride. Even in the late 70's, all those custom chopped trikes caught my eye. This Freewheeler, to me at least, captures the look & spirit of the old Servi-Car, but with a modern, hot-rodded approach. I know they're not everybody's cup of tea, but then that's why we have such a variety & choice of what to ride. I like this Freewheeler cause it's not weighed down by all the stuff that the Tri-Glide has. (Fairing, Tour-Pak, Espresso Machine....etc.) You don't counter steer, you push-pull. As long as the road ahead is smooth, it's a very comfortable ride. And FUN! Did I mention it was FUN to ride? Remember when Honda came out with the ATC90 and what it did for the off road bike segment? Again, it changed the way people had fun riding trails. I know, I could of had many old CB's or CBX's for what I paid, but to be honest, I've always gotten off on the riding and not so much on the wrenching. With this Harley and my CB1100, I can just walk out to the garage, flip the switch, and go.
