I just bought the book less than two weeks ago. I used a code I found on this site and it was a 20% discount, I think.
Was around 80ish shipped for hardcover, IIRC. Code was supposedly expired but still worked for me

I was one of the first buyers. In fact at least in one place Mark references w/ pictures some parts, K0-1-2 front hubs that I furnished.

I was trying to find the link for someone else.

I don't know a nickels worth of what Mark knows, I'll buy his book(s) over writing one any time.

My bike is almost done too. Minor tuning only left to be done so the new tank with side covers + new 4-4 system can be installed.
