Uhhh, yes Sam, something happened down track but it had its origins at the head of staging. My petcock recently started leaking fuel so I've been cutting it off once I first get to the beginning of the lanes. I've been turning it back on just before I go to the water box. So, after I do my burnout on that pass, then roll to the line and launch the bike, it starts sputtering around 500' feet out and I immediately reach down and flip the petcock on. The fuel finally got into the bowls and the bike cleared up. Unfortunately my opponent had caught me and blew pass to take the win. Now here's the killing part, I ordered a new petcock from cb750 supply and had it sent overnight to the track so I would get it by noon today. The problem came in when the track personnel told us that all their mail goes directly to the post office up the road and not to the track itself. They promised us they pick up their mail daily and would be sure I got my package. Just my luck they never sent any one to get the mail. The result, I've still got a leaky petcock.
