Yes I am, it's got a 4/2 hooker now, it sounds awesome but a sandcast needs an original set of 4-4's.  It needs that and a recessed switch. I don't have hope of finding one I'm willing to pay for, I've given some thought to making one from an old honda stocker.

My neighbor couldn't wait for me to finish it, he brought money and rode yellow away. I told him to bring it back later and I'd put the factory airbox back on.  I feel responsible for the person riding away on a bike I owned. I hope he rides safely.
I called DSS this am and they got my order shook loose. Parts on the way from E bay too.
It's nearly time for a sandcast report. I am in posession of stock exhaust money now. Bike auction in the am and will get the info on the 2- 78K's

Parts for the red one and airbox parts for the Yellow one came in. I told the buyer of yellow I'd put the stock airbox on it for him and change the oil. He needs the sohc service classs.
I assembled the handlebars tonight, still on the fence about custom or stock. I'm leaning toward custom.

I lost this thread for a while. I bought the yellow bike back and from the kid that bought it. Later on sold both of them and a nice Boss Maroon k4 to pay for engine repairs on my dragster.
I've been watching for another decent cb400F since then. I may have a deal on a really nice one, I'll know tomorrow.
Sometimes it's helpful to re-read my own old posts to remind myself what I may have forgotten. Old guy stuff I guess.
