Cb500/4 1971 KO
« on: October 26, 2014, 01:44:26 AM »
Hi, i've just joined, I ride my much treasured 504 and have a question for you Experts, my bike came from the states and I restored her and she drives great. She is a KO 1971 model August 71. OK my speedo clock has only a mileometer on it,it doesn't have the trip miles.in other words there is only one reading on the clock as opposedto others which have two,can anyone know the reason for this? Is it maybe because it's a first production run and they changed later? Engine number starts at 10000-. Any ideas guys.?

Can I ask you a personal question? (Well, if it's not too personal.) Are you a split personality?

+1!  -it seems pretty unlikely that it's just a gag that took three years to set up, so I think it's bloody hilarious!

richie, I think you're gonna want a bigger sample size than one before coming top any conclusions...
