Greetings from sheet metal worker in Michigan
« on: October 23, 2014, 04:43:43 PM »
Greeting I started this illness back in 1966 when I heard my first motorcycle a red 66 super hawk 305 with straight pipes . And it has been down hill since . Motorcycle got me interested in machinery, which allowed me to make the tools for working sheet metal for motorcycles .I have figured out how to generate sweet compound curves in sheet
the process allows for wide variety in widths and radii. I can make fenders in aluminum, steel, stainless, copper, brass, diamond plate, and titanium . I make seat bases and someday fairings and tanks .

Welcome aboard.   How much is a Ti fender?
Are they done on rolls or a wheel?
You should post in projects, as the fenders would be of big interest there.

On the rears, can you sell a shorty, ie a third of what you got in the pic..as many guys run the stock inner..with short rear..

The killer on the titanium is two sided first the stock is brutally expensive , then it is the meanest stuff I have worked. what' in the picture lets say a front $200 .  Yes I can do any length but generally not over 180 degrees . typically steel fenders $100,  stainless $150,    aluminum $140 depending on polish. brass $200. these numbers if not to awful wide or massively deep  . aluminum diamond plate $175 .

Welcome from NW Indiana. You arrived at a great time, I just picked up a new project bike that's missing the front fender and I've been searching around for a base to make a custom one like Rocketman. Look for PMs ;)
