2-Up Touring Shocks for CB750?
« on: October 29, 2014, 05:31:10 PM »
Looking for some better rear shocks for my '78 CB750.  Want to do a lot more 2-up riding on it this coming year with my wife.  I don't know that I can swing the $300+ for fancy shocks.  I see a lot of other "heavy duty" options on eBay and such, mostly chinese.  Does anyone have experience, either good or bad, with any of these shocks?  Here's an example:

Also considering the Progressive PS-1204 shocks, but that would be the upper end of my price range.

EDIT - Nevermind, I found the answer(s) I was looking for in an older post, and also Amazon has a great price on the Progressive 12-series shocks :)

It can be better to spend a little bit more direct. Buying cheap shocks might end up in looking for better and pay once more.
Ikon seems to be a good choice today.
