Figured I'd drill a new brake disc to go with my new caliper. The pads on the KLR650 twin piston caliper are long and narrow and only contact about 1 inch of the brake disc so I drilled the holes to match. I already had the KLR650 master cylinder installed and it's been a few weeks since I installed the new caliper. I am really enjoying the increased braking power.
