Early 750 cylinder??

This cylinder block is sleeved and bore for 1000cc.  What I am curious about is the shape of the holes next to the timing chain tunnel, all of my other cylinders have rounder holes where these are a straight rectangular shape.  The casting is also very rough compared to any of my other cylinders.  I also have a RC engineering cylinder head which is very rough and has the non removable oil restrictors.  I am just curious as to how early this cylinder is.

Looks like old-factory versus the new factory in mid-'70. Wide cam-chain tower and no threaded bolt-hole between the 2-3 exhaust ports.

If the sleeved protrude into those two places, you should seal them up from the bottom.
