Once something is sent through the air it is fair game (unfortunately) and one should take that into consideration or blame themselves. Trust no one then it's only you that screws up.
I'm wondering how far you would take that broad statement?
Does this apply to ordinary speech, too? And, should that include the context of the words spoken? Did you know that digital splicing can reform the words you say into any order or combination?
And, should we take precautions when expressing ideas and thoughts, where ever they are spoken? ...Such as in the shower or bedroom?
Are you ok with random surveillance monitors that amplify window vibrations? These vibrations are also sent through the air.
Are you ok with the government having a key that will decode any public encryption scheme?
How do you feel about warrantless searches, and wiretapping?
