wiring harness year question
« on: November 16, 2014, 07:35:21 PM »
Hey guys

I have a Frankenstein bike and I'm a little confused what year wiring harness to get. My engine is a 1972 and my frame is a 1973 and I'm not sure the differences in the years with the wires. I'm not sure what year all the other electronics are either so I was curious of I should get a 72 wiring harness or a 73. Thanks!

It has the indicator light console between the handlebar bolts correct? That would be a 73 type harness. either would probably work.

Yes, yes it does. 73 it is! I just didn't know if the neutral light switch or the oil pressure light switch or whatever they are varied between 72 and 73. Thanks for the info!
