Brush for interior engine cleaning... Need some advice

Ok, Getting ready to clean out the interior of the case before I glyptal it. It has already been soda blasted. Going to wash it a few times and then I want to take a cleaning brush to the interior before it gets wiped down with denatured.

Should I go with Nylon, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, or Brass?

Spray bottle of Degreaser, nylon brush and follow with Denatured Alcohol.

then floss and follow with PH neutral facial beauty wipes?not that ive ever used them!be a waste on my face!

Put on a rainsuit and goggles at the local coin-op car wash, set engine cases on the ground (a rubber mat is helpful), and have at it. The pressure washer really blows out all the passages and bolt holes. You need protection because the damned spray comes right back at you off the concave hollows and bolt holes.
