Is this a VF400f with stock baffles removed?

Ran across this and love the sound.  Just wondering if what I am probably hearing is the stock exhaust but with the baffles knocked out?  If so, anyone do this?  Does it requiring re-jetting?  Add any power or just decibel levels?

Lyle that's a CB400F Supersport not a VF400f.  ::)  but I think it has a repro. stock muffler on it which sounds about right for the stock one to me.

Sorry, brain lapse.  Not sure why I typed VF, I know it's a CB400f.   I'm using my IPad and for some  reason my spelling mistakes really increase.

None the less, I'm on the trail of a very nice 400f and I'm already thinking about what I want to do with it.
I really wanted a blue one but I can live with red if everything else is good.  Thanks!
